Allegany Cattaraugus Association of School Boards

About Us

Our purpose is to encourage cooperation between member boards, to provide a forum to exchange ideas, information and opinions on legislative matters and other pertinent issues, and to aid member boards with their problems, to take whatever actions may be proper to further the objectives of this Association.

This Association welcomes any public school district board and Board of Cooperative Education Services (BOCES) in the Cattaraugus Allegany District. Members are required to pay an annual assessment upon becoming members.

This Association shall seek the cooperation of all Chief Officers in the Counties on solutions to problems as they may arise from time to time, and they are invited to attend all meetings.

Our Bylaws require two general meetings a year - the Fall Dinner and Annual Spring Dinner meeting. We also encourage attendance at our Legislative Breakfast and our Delegate’s Business Workshop, as well as any other meeting we can provide.
